1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods. If several goods ordered together are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins with the receipt of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or letter.

You can use the sample withdrawal form provided below for this purpose, although this is not mandatory. If available, you can also use the electronic withdrawal function in our online shop.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
2. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs. This excludes any additional costs incurred because you chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.
The refund will be made without delay and in any event within 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
As a general rule, we will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No additional fees will be charged to you for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.
Return of the Goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event within 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to inspect the condition, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
