§ 1 Scope and Contractual Partners
These General Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed by consumers via the OLVÉRA online shop.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction primarily for purposes that cannot be attributed to their trade or self-employed professional activity.
§ 2 Subject Matter of the Contract
The subject matter of the contract is the sale of the goods offered in the online shop, in particular olive wood kitchen and serving accessories.
The essential characteristics of the respective products are described on the corresponding product page.
§ 3 Conclusion of the Contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop constitutes an invitation to place an order and is not a binding offer.
Customers can add products to the shopping cart, review their order details, and correct any input errors before submitting the order.
By clicking the button that expressly indicates the obligation to pay, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected goods.
Receipt of the order will be confirmed electronically. The contract will be accepted in accordance with the ordering and payment process set up in the online shop.
§ 4 Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are stated in euros (€). Information on value added tax (VAT) is provided in accordance with the applicable tax treatment and is displayed in the online shop.
Standard shipping within Germany costs €3.99. For orders of at least €99.00, shipping is free.
The total price, including any applicable shipping costs and taxes, will be displayed before completing the order.
§ 5 Payment
The payment methods displayed at checkout are available subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Individual payment methods may be subject to verification and the applicable terms and conditions of the respective payment service provider.
Customers can view the available payment methods and any applicable terms and conditions during the checkout process.
§ 6 Delivery
We deliver exclusively within Germany.
The goods are shipped from a German warehouse via a fulfillment service provider, usually DHL.
The estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days, unless otherwise stated for the respective item.
In consumer sales, the risk of accidental loss or damage during transport generally passes to the consumer only when the goods have been delivered to the consumer or a recipient authorized by them.
§ 7 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 30 days, as described in our separate withdrawal policy.
